Sapphire & Steel's purpose is to mend irregularities in the corridor of time. Childhood memories of an early 80´s British television series inspired this exhibition. In this show, with the same name, the main characters use different methods to traverse the dimensions of time.

Dimensions of time intersect simultaneously in the room. As a Polaroid captures and sets an image over time, traces of human activity, partially embedded into liquid concrete, are cast into everyday objects. They depict realities from other times and places, molding the irreversible.

"Upon entering an empty apartment where strangers have just moved, strong feelings of the presence of those who lived there are felt. Still reading the traces of their experiences on walls and floors, like the memory of a burnt toast that was thrown away but the smell still remains. While touring the apartment, the dimension of the past from the people who lived there and the dimension of the future from the ones who will live here join together. This is the feeling that wants to be solidified in the photo."
